Abstract

The paper aims at providing a short introduction into the history of the concept of cultural mediation and the way it has evolved throughout the years. The article also proposes the presentation of this polysemic concept under several shapes, taking into account different meanings and geographical spaces, followed by a presentation of the cultural mediation activities implemented within ”Moldova” National Museum Complex of Iași, Romania.
