Abstract

The text contains a large document (about 20 pages) discovered in the Archives of Romanian Foreign Ministry and some commentaries regarding its copie. The document, whose date of emitting was probably in March or A prii 1 92 1 , incorporates ni ne explanatory notes provided by Romanian lntelligence Services concerning nine Hungarian leftist leaders who were living in Vienna in 1 920s because of their fear of Horthy regime established in Budapest. The document also includes a list of main Hungarian periodicals in Vienna and some opinions about the prospects  of collaboration between the Romanian Foreign Ministry and those Hungarian personalities against the government of Budapest.
