Abstract
The symbolical representation of property is a very important research no matter if it is about the village or the city, from the perspective of laws, measure techniques or the survival of an archaic language. There are many documents that speak about different types of property which left traces in the peasant’s mentality. The study aims to point out the multitude of relations that can be identified between memory and space, between mentality and ethnographical survivals within the peasants’ farmyard, between tradition and contemporary life.
