Abstract
„Silver economy” is a new concept that got traction in recent years in Europe and is spreading little by little worldwide. The need for progress in every field is mandatory and is determined by continuous learning. All those mentioned above were tackled in a course called “Culture doesn’t age. Developing Competencies of Museum Specialists for the Integration of Senior Public”, hosted by Solidarietà e Lavoro Società Cooperativa Sociale O.N.L.U.S., in Genoa, Italy, in the fall of 2022.
